The Ins And Outs of Our Cleaning Services

Frequently asked questions

terms and conditions

1. We will visit your home / property at the outset of our relationship and no work shall be carried out without terms being agreed in advance.

2. Any complaint or issue with regards to our services must be brought to our attention within 24 hours (and preferably on the same day) so that we can quickly rectify and resolve the problem.

3. Any job that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge. In normal circumstances, any job that is cancelled on the same day as the scheduled clean will be charged at the full price.

4. Payment for all services must be made in cash or via bank transfer within the agreed terms (normally 7 days from invoice date).

5. Terms of service, pricing and quotes, complaints or other management issues are only to be discussed with Joanne and not with other staff members.
