This depends on the size of your property, the scope of work and the necessary time spent on providing our service. Once we receive your initial enquiry, we will visit your home / property to answer any questions you might have, establish a work schedule / list of requirements and agree a timetable to move forward.

Yes, absolutely! We will meet with you at your home, together with your cleaner, to discuss your requirements and agree on a plan together.

We want you to feel totally comfortable with whomever will come to your home or property. Therefore all cleaners, including our lovely Joanne, are thoroughly vetted, have been DBS checked, and have provided at least two references. We maintain a close-knit team and you can be assured of our integrity, honesty and reliability.

In general we like to stick to our standard working hours but should the need arise outside of this, we may provide services and include a supplementary hourly charge.

No - we don't believe in complex and unnecessary contracts. Our terms and conditions are displayed below but in essence, we want to provide you with a top notch service at a fair price. If, for any reason, you decide you do not want to continue using our services we would request 30 days cancellation notice.

Normally yes, as we find that most customers are more comfortable to specify what products are used in their home. However, in some circumstances we can be flexible in this regard, subject to agreement in advance.

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance in line with the industry standard.
